The Ownership Project (TOP) and the HBS Institute for Business in Global Society (BiGS) at Harvard Business School will be hosting Prof. Dr. Anne Sanders, M.Jur., for a seminar titled Steward Ownership: Concept, Potential, and Implementation.
Sanders is Professor and Chair for Civil Law, Company Law, the Law of Family Businesses and Comparative Judicial Studies at Bielefeld University. Her work explores how legal structures can support more responsible, purpose-driven forms of business ownership.
